We offer $15 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders! Scanlon Jewelers also provides complimentary insurance to cover the jewelry in the shipment from our store to your door at no extra charge. If you need it sooner, we have many express shipping options at checkout.

All items are insured up to the point of acceptance by the recipient. The package will be considered accepted when any person receiving the package at the designated address signs for it from the delivering carrier.

Domestic Shipping – we ship all over the United States.

Online Returns – All requests for returns and exchanges to merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Insurance

Insurance to cover damage to goods during shipment is included in the cost of delivery at no additional charge. If merchandise is damaged in transit, the customer should immediately file a claim with the carrier in accordance with the carrier’s then-current policies and procedures. In the event of a merchandise return (unless it is the fault of our company), the customer must purchase carrier-provided insurance adequate to cover the full retail value of the merchandise while in transit. We cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise damaged in transit; such insurance is your only safeguard against this situation. Note that Scanlon Jewelers will cover the cost of return shipping and insurance only if the returned merchandise is damaged or defective prior to the original shipment. Return Policy and Procedure

All requests for returns and exchanges of merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt. Special orders, layaways, sized, altered or used merchandise are not returnable. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of original payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. All product packaging, warranties, manuals and other materials must be returned with the merchandise. All products returned are subject to a restocking fee of 5%. Please contact Scanlon Jewelers to get a return authorization number for any and all returns.
